Company Slap: Cozy Grill in Warwick, RI

"Went to Cozy Grill this morning this morning,Had been there plenty of times in the past and never had an issue before. Ordered a steak omelette with grilled english. Got my breakfast and I got white toast. Not a big deal the waitress apologizes,says something about a new person in the kitchen and orders what I ordered. Took 4 bites out of the omelette and cut into the middle of it. Immediatly I notice a giant piece of hair sitting in the middle of the omelette. I quietly call the waitress over and explain the situation to her. she never appologises and takes the plate away. 10 minutes later she comes back with another omelette.I tell her I lost my appetite and dont want it. She storms away with the plate in her hand. 5 minutes later she comes back with the cook! Hes giving me attitude now because HIS hair was in my food! He says.....this could have happened in your home! I said.....but it happened here....If it happened at Home I would be accountable for it. He the says....we wear hats here so this dont happen!(He should get a better hat) Then he says how do I know it wasnt yours! I said yeah....I opened up the middle of the omelette and put a hair in the middle of it so I could score 4 free bites out of it! He then accuses me of ordering the second one when the waitress never asked me if i wanted another! I told the cook....I called the waitress over quietly and discretley explained the problem to her,your the one out here in the middle of the diding room making a scene about it! He got pissed off and walked away.....I understand these things happen in restaurants sometimes. I did my best to move past it. All I wanted was an appology and I might have even went back again. What I got was accused! Will not be back there again anytime soon! Like I said....Free hair Omelettes at the cozy!"
